Imperial LAFCO Policy Manual
The purpose of this manual is to establish clear PROCEDURES and POLICIES by which the Imperial LAFCO conducts business. Furthermore, it also serves as a general guide for the public and the various governmental agencies. While it is also intended to comply with state law, this document does not supersede the Cortese-Knox-Hertzberg Reorganization Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), or any other law.
