Change of Organization means any of the following:

  • Annexation to a (City/District)

  • Detachment from a (City/District)

  • Cities Consolidation

  • Districts Consolidation

  • City Incorporation

  • City Disincorporation

  • District Formation

  • District Dissolution

  • Merger of a City & District

  • Establishment of a Subsidiary District

  • The exercise of new or different functions or classes of services, or divestiture of the power to provide particular functions or classes of services, within all or part of the jurisdictional boundaries of a Special District

You can request or copy records at any time. Once you submit the Request for Public Records Form, it will be sent to the Executive Officer for approval.  After approval, staff have up to 10 days to provide the copies or schedule an appointment for you to inspect the file. 

Charges are as follows:

  • Copies

    • $2.00 for the first page

    • $0.20 for each page thereafter

  • $10.00 for Maps

  • $10.00 for copies to be placed on a CD

  • $50.00 per hour charges may be applicable as instructed by the Executive Officer
