- COMMISSIONER ANNOUNCEMENTS
- Commissioner Salgado thanked Tyler and Lori for their help at the CALAFCO Conference, which was a great experience, and is looking forward to attending future CALAFCO Conferences. He also commended Tyler for stepping into a CALAFCO leadership role.
- Commissioner Hawk stated that he shares Commissioner Salgado’s sentiments exactly.
- Alternate Commissioner Marroquin invited everyone to the City of El Centro’s State of the City Address tonight at 6 pm at the El Centro Library Community Room.
- Commissioner Amparano wished everyone a safe, Happy Thanksgiving.
- EXECUTIVE OFFICER ANNOUNCEMENTS
Executive Officer Tyler Salcido announced the following:- On October 14, an extension of water service in the City of Holtville to a property in the Barbara Worth County Club was approved (HV 1-25, APN 045-533-008).
- On December 3, he will be meeting with the Independent Special Districts to discuss the seating of Special Districts on the LAFCO Commission, requested by the IID.
- His approach for Sphere of Influence and Municipal Service Reviews, highlighting the CKH code that governs such, and that the plan is to present the Reviews of the Special Districts starting in January.

Motion by Commissioner Salgado and second by Commissioner Hawk to approve the requested extension of water & sewer service as presented by the Executive Officer
